  1. Yeah very good supporter. 'Gunn brought him down'. Nope, what you were watching there was Mourinho's matchfixing-via-penalty from his Chelsea days, returning, with a new VAR twist. Actually, please let me know: did they show the VAR frame-by-frame analysis in the stadium? Because they sure as hell didnt show it on TV.
    I wonder why.

  2. I have been a Saints season ticket holder for two decades, we must keep the dream together this time.
Give Ralph a new 5year contract & some money in the summer, we must build from here, otherwise I've been here before and I know what happens.

  3. Sorry but VAR just had to FUCK OFF! It makes no difference! The same has happened at Liverpool as happened today aka with Son being a dirty diver! If VAR is to be used next season it should only be used for offsides, mistaken identity and whether it was in or out of the box! So basically things that you can’t argue with as today proved yet again the the ‘big teams’ will always get the advantage! I mean how Ings’s penalty wasn’t given and yet that twats (aka son’s) is! Sorry but I’ve had it with VAR and that’s that, us fans need to start doing something about this!

  4. I was at the match too and we were so incredibly unlucky to lose it. We were the better team for most of the game and played some brilliant football. Missed chances from Ings, when he hit the bar, and then Boufal, when he pulled it wide cost us in the end. At 2-1 up we desperately needed a third goal to finish off Spurs but couldn't manage to find it and paid the price.

As for Spurs' third goal, that was not a penalty. Son is a cheat. He dives and cons the referee after minimal, if any, contact from Gunn. It's a total disgrace that VAR didn't overturn the original decision but that's what you get as a big club playing at home. The whole system is corrupt and is ruining football.

To be realistic, we were very unlikely to win the FA Cup had we progressed to the fifth round, so we can now refocus our efforts on finishing the season strongly in the league. We're a completely different team to the one that looked certain for relegation in November and if we continuing putting in performances like we saw last night we'll win more matches than we lose. A top-half finish is still very possible for us.
